"Service Not Configured” - after buying Prem Tech Support and updating firmware

My Obi worked fine for several years with google voice, then suddenly stopped working with message to log into Obitalk.com to configure.  When logging in, I was then presented with a message that the firmware was out of date and that I needed to pay $10 to upgrade support... did that, completed the update...

Then went through the Google voice configuration about 10 times now... each time the "configure" with the spinning dots comes up for about 10 minutes, then finally stops stating "Service Not Configured".

Not sure where to go next and not seeing any guidance on how to resolve this.

Is this forum the Premium Tech Support that I just purchased?

Which model OBi is this?  If it's a 100 or 110, then read this for the solution:

No, this is a user-to-user help forum.  You paid to be able to get support directly from Obihai, via submitting support requests to them here:  http://www.obihai.com/request-support

Factory reset your OBi by picking up the attached phone and keying in ***8, then 1.  Wait several minutes for it to fully reset.  Carefully read and perform the exact procedure in the update link I posted above.

Make sure that you are signed into the correct Google account first, by looking for your Google Voice number on the left side of this web page:  https://www.google.com/voice#phones

Just remember to do a full backup first.
Then you can do a restore, instead of entering all the info again.
Only passwords are not restored.

Actually, if this is a simple Google Voice configuration, and the user was using the old firmware, it's better to just reset it and start from scratch, rather than overwrite the old configuration that only worked with the old firmware.

If there are non-GV service providers defined on the device, then yes, thanks; that's a good point.
