lost dial tone in a minute of setup

did setup 110 and got dial tone in a minute. when i restarted everything (router/110/cable modem) i lost the dial tone and cant get it back even after factory reset. tried other phones. no luck. pl help.

An OBi that is set to factory defaults and with nothing more connected than a telephone to the PHONE Port should get dialtone and be able to reach the device configuration menu (***) or the auto attendant (**0).

If you are unable to do so, either your telephone or OBi has a problem.
