I am having problems trying to get localphone (US Washington DID) to work on my Obi110.

Here is what I have at present:

sp1  > Google Voice 1 (Primary)
sp2  > Google Voice 2
Line > PAP2T Line 2 > localphone (outbound TollFree 800/855/866/877/888)

This works ok...

I do all my programing manually and have provisioning desabled.

This is what I want to do:

sp1 > Google Voice 1 (primary)
sp2 > localphone (outbound TollFree 800/855/866/877/888)
Line > PAP2T Line 2 > (some other provider)

When I try to program localphone into sp2, I can't receive any calls to the localphone DID or place outbound calls through localphone even by preceding the call with **8.

I want to be able to set the OBi110 this way so I can have acces to the Voice Gateways.

Any ideas?

A journeyman electrician sent his apprentice with a 5-gallon bucket and was told to put the ends of the service drop in the bucket and fill it with volts. He was there all day.

Is SP2 Service Status showing registered?  You'll need registration to receive calls.

For LocalPhone on ITSPB/SP2, did you remember to set?:

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B

Outgoing calls on SP2 are : **2 + number

I will have to have another go at it.
I think I really meant **2 + number.

I did back-up my present settings and have restored a few times already trying to get this to work.

Starting from all Default vaues on Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B and Voice Services -> SP2 Service:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> ProxyServer : (localphone proxy server)

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName : (localphone username)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword : (localphone password)

Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> Primary Line : (default trunk for calling)

If you make these changes to the OBi locally by logging into the IP address returned by dialing ***1:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> Auto Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

This is the sp2 status:

Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=94.75.247.45:5067; retry in 25s)

I set a register server to localphone.com
maybee I will take that out as I have that set for the proxy server.

Why are you using port 5067 instead of 5061?

N7AS

I was using port 5067 as I have a Cisco/Linksys IP Phone that was using 5062 through 5065 and wanted to move it out of the IP phones range.

I have since moved the IP phone's ports up a couple of notches and then set the Obi's sp2 to port 5061 and then I still get this in the status...

Others have successfully used LocalPhone on the OBi.

Does your router have ALG support, and if so, make sure it's disabled.

If you're configured as I posted above, you might consider connecting the OBi directly to your broadband modem and see if you can call out through LocalPhone.  Make sure your can reach **9 222 222 222 first to make sure the OBi is connected to the Internet.

N7AS

I disabled ALG and still get this status...

The OBi works fine with Google Voice sp1 as it did before I disabled ALG in the router. I never had any problems. But when I wanted to replace the second Google Voice in sp2 with a sip provider I now have problems with sp2.

I even changed ServiceProviders > ISTP Profile B > SIP > RegistrarServer to localphone.com and then without it. Same result...
