Configuring more than two lines

I have an Obi202 which is supposed to handle four lines, but I can't figure out how to set this up properly. I have SP 1 routed to virtual phone 1 in Obitalk and SP 2 routed to virtual phone 2 in Obitalk. I have a RJ14 cable physically linking the phone 1 physical port on the back of the Obi to a two-line phone. All of that works fine.
What I would like to do is to connect SP 3 to FAX machine via the phone 2 physical port on the back of the Obi, and I have a long RJ14 cable that reaches to my FAX machine. However, Obitalk only allows ringing on two virtual phones so how do I configure my FAX to work with this setup?

Route SP3 inbound calls to phone port 2
Setup SP3 to have a double ring
Setup your fax to only answer on a double distinctive ring
Make the following config changes using OBi Expert:
Voice Services -> SP3 Service -> X_DefaultRing: 3
Voice Services -> SP3 Service -> X_InboundCalRoute: ph2
Ring Tone #3 is a double ring
