I am trying to get 411 (18002464411) working on SP1 (Google Voice)

SP1 - Google Voice (Primary)
SP2 - Localphone DID (Free incoming + TollFree outbound)

I origionally had...

Service Providers > ISTP Profile A > General > DigitMap

(*xx|<411:18002464411>|<**2>18(00|88|77|66|55)xxxxxxx|<**21>8(00|88|77|66|55)xxxxxxx|![01235678]11|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|<:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|<:1360>[2-9]xxxxxx)

I was getting an error message, so I took it out of the above DigitMap and added it to the begining of...

Physical Interfcaces > PHONE Port > OutboundCallRoute as

{(<411:18002464411>):sp1},{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<911:1360xxxxxxx>):sp1},{(<#:>):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

which didn't work either. However the 911 backend number worked ok in this DigitMap.
I have since removed the 411 string from both DigitMaps.

What is the proper way to add 411?

also...
is the way I have added TollFree calling to go out SP2 the correct way in...
Service Providers > ISTP Profile A > General > DigitMap or should I add it to..
Physical Interfcaces > PHONE Port > OutboundCallRoute  ad if so what is the best way to do this?

I do now have access to VoiceGateways as SP2 is now a SIP provider.

your callroute edit should have worked.

{(<411:18002464411>):sp1},  added to the front of the OutboundCallRoute will call "1800 BING 411" on sp1

see the post for details on adding 411 to the digit map to eliminate possible delay.

I read that post originally and that is what I tried but didn't work. So I am looking for some other way.

N7AS,

It's not clear why you want 18002464411 to go out SP1 and all other toll free numbers to go out SP2, but your problem is easily solved by making SP2 the PrimaryLine and redirecting all calls except toll free to SP1.  Leave the Service Providers > ISTP Profile A > General > DigitMap at Default.

Service Providers > ISTP Profile B > General > DigitMap:

(<411:<**118002464411>|18(00|88|77|66|55)xxxxxxx|<1>8(00|88|77|66|55)xxxxxxx|![01235678]11|<**1>1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|<**11>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|<**11360>[2-9]xxxxxx)

Note: The *xx rule you had disables all Star Code Features in the OBi.

N7AS,

Not sure why the 411 didn't work for you. Works ok for me.

I tried that and got the message: "There is no Call Route available to complete your call"

What are you dialing and what does the Call History show for that call?

Please post your PHONE Port DigitMap and OutboundCallRoute, ITSPA and ITSPB DigitMap, and PrimaryLine.

N7AS

There is no call history for the 411 calls.

These are my origional settings before I made the changes as you suggested. I did set the PrimaryLine to SP2. but could not get 411 to work. Maybee you can see something in my orgional settings that need to be changed. The only way I can get 411 to work is to make a SpeedDial.

PHONE Port DigitMap: Set as Default.
([1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]|[1-9][0-9]|911|**0|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

OutboundCallRoute: I edited the 911 backend number for security.
{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<911:1360xxxxxxx>):sp1},{(<#:>):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

ITSPA DigitMap:
(*xx|<**2>18(00|88|77|66|55)xxxxxxx|<**21>8(00|88|77|66|55)xxxxxxx|![01235678]11|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|<:1>[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|<:1360>[2-9]xxxxxx)

ITSPB DigitMap: Set as Default.
(1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)

PrimaryLine:
SP1 Service

My phone port digit map is default except I added the 411 to eliminate the possible delay
.......9]|911|411|**0|***|#|**........

My phone port outboundcallroute is default except I added the 411 rule to the front {(<411:18002464411>):sp1},. And I have edits for 2nd dial tones.

Nothing in the Service Providers digit maps needs to change for 411 or 911, but there are changes in my digit maps for 7 digit dialing. There must be a conflict in your digit map for the 18002464411 that the Obi sends to the Service Provider.
RonR can spot it right away if it is.

Since your ITSP B digit map is at default the 411 rule should work for sp2 when {(<411:18002464411>):sp2}, is added to the front of the Phone Port OutboundCallRoute
Of course that is assuming the Voice Service -> SP2  Service -> X_ServProvProfile is not set to A (using the same digit map as SP1).

N7AS

jimates,

That worked. I knew there was something I was missing when I tried it with the settings in the original 911 thread.

Thanks.

Now I wish I could find something to do with the Voice Gateways that may be interesting.
