VoiceMail Indicator Not Turning Off

Hi:

Have a OBI100 and VOIP by Anveo. Lately, whenever I have deleted a voicemail, it takes forever for the VM indicator light to turn off. After deleting the VM, when I access my VM mailbox to check, I get the stutter tone and the system says I have no new Voicemails.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong? It has been working fine for the past few years.
