How to allow long ring time?

I have an OBI110 (no firmware upgrade so it's several years old) and am using Anveo though I don't think that matters.
When I call my OBI it rings for about 60 seconds and then reports a busy signal. Picking up the phone or sending it before 60 seconds to voicemail works fine.
I would like it to ring more-or-less forever rather than have this 60 second limit.
I've poked through the settings but can't find anything that looks related. Any ideas?

That's controlled by your service provider (Anveo in your case). You'd need to contact them.
Aside from that, it's a bad idea, and the service provider is unlikely to permit it. It would be tying up your OBi, ringing forever. If there was some sort of problem with the call, it would never give up.
Finally, why would you want to do that? I can't think of anyone nowadays who would put up with waiting longer than a minute for you to answer the phone, unless you are disabled, and your callers know it will take you several minutes to answer.

The very few remaining pay phones around here have their ringers disabled or otherwise can't receive calls, supposedly to deter illegal business transactions. Of course, the drug dealers and pimps all use burner phones now, so it's kind of a moot point.

Hmm... According to my Anveo setup, it is supposed to ring the phone for 10 minutes. I've set it up so it differentiates between no answer, busy, etc. and Anveo at least is telling me it's getting a busy after 60 seconds.
As to why, my kids don't answer the house phone so I have to call back again and again until finally someone gets off their butt to answer it. I'd rather just put my call on the speakerphone and let it ring until someone answers!
