How to allow long ring time?

The very few remaining pay phones around here have their ringers disabled or otherwise can't receive calls, supposedly to deter illegal business transactions.  Of course, the drug dealers and pimps all use burner phones now, so it's kind of a moot point.


If the ringers are disabled, how will the Machine call Mr. Reese (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1839578/)?
