Help setting up with CIA/3WEB

Hi y'all,

I am one of the unfortunate souls stuck with CIA/3WEB for a while. While the don't offer an awful service, their support is, basically, nonexistent. Even so, I managed to get my old PAP2 to work OK. No such luck with my new OBi100.

The message I get is "Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=208.68.17.30:5060; retry in 20s)" The server is accessible, and, as I said, if I unplug the OBi and plug the PAPT all is well.

Ask for any additional info, and I'll be happy to provide it.
