That discussion is unrelated to this problem, which is a CODEC mismatch between the various transit carriers, not between the OBi device and the carrier.

I'm having the same issue here as well. GV -> CC for inbound, occasional one-way audio (caller can't hear me) but never have an issue with originating a call via GV.

Hoping that the upstream provider for CC finds that the change they are testing resolves the problem and implements it on all of their switches.
