Callcentric not ringing in my 110

Hi!
Can anyone please tell me how to set up the Obi110 so it will ring on incoming calls?
I'm using Callcentric as provider. It rings on my Android Callcentric app but not in my phone attached to the Obi. And even when ringing, if I pick up the phone it has dial tone.
I can make outgoing calls and it did ring when I use Google Voice.
