OBI with Callcentric Dial Tone on pickup

About a month ago something strange started happening with my incoming Callcentric calls.  When I would go to pickup the phone, I would just hear a dialtone.  I assumed it was that I was forcing calls to g.729 codec, but I reset to all default settings and I still have the same issue.  Anyone else have this issue or know what the problem is.

Also, I downloaded CSIPsimple for Android and I receive callcentric phone calls fine through that app so it must be something to do with the obi.
