Can't dial any new numbers in outgoing call

I just cancelled my port request for GV until I figure this out... when an automated phone system asks for a key input (dialing extension, list, voicemail, etc) it does not respond to any of the keys I'm entering. I plugged my phone into my still-active provider and do not have this issue. It's only with calls on Obi.

Is this a bug, setting or incompatibility? How can I fix it?

I think I figured it out thanks to this post. Disabled the security alarm checkbox and it appears to be working.
