QOS for OBi200

I have a new TP-Link router and this is the first of theirs I've owned, with their newest interface, that actually has QOS. In the past the ones I've owned only had a cumbersome bandwidth control setup that was awkward and confusing. I always envied people, who owned routers with actual QOS for easy setup.
Now that I have it I'm thinking about QOS for my OBi, but I have to choose between using QOS or something called Nat Boost, which is supposed to insure your router has best throughput. That sounds like a good thing, right?
Anything thoughts on QOS and using an OBi?
