No "Call From..." in Google Voice Call Screening

The three boxes in Expert Config next to X_SkipCallScreening are all unchecked but now when I answer a call from my Obi it just says, "To accept, press 1..." rather than starting with the "Call From..." If I pick it up on my forwarded cell phone I get the "Call From..." but it completely skips that part on the Obi and therefore I have no clue who the call is from. Has anyone experienced this?

That's what we all experience.

The screening for Google Chat is different from that of Google Voice. Since the Obi uses the Google Chat feature you do not get the normal Google Voice call screening like you would if answered from a forwarding phone in your Google Voice account.

Thank you jimates for explaining. Sucks, I suppose, but what are you going to do?  Appreciate the help!
