Calls Dropping

My calls drop occasionally.

I am using several OBi 202 and PhonePower as the SP.

My provider is Verizon FiOS and I am using their newer G1100 modem/router.

I made the port triggering changes that PhonePower recommends but that did not work.

Can someone help??

Yes, I resolved myself. The issue was Verizon. You need to turn their Modem/Router into a modem only and have a separate router. If you are using the G1100 I can give you intructions
