How do I fix these SIP junk callers

Judgeless:
I have 4 OBiTalk boxes.  One one of them I get calls every 5 min from a SIP number.  Below is a pic.  I have tried using this
 {(|@|@@|@@@|@@@@|@@@@@|@@@@@@|@@@@@@@|@@@@@@@@|@@@@@@@@@|@@@@@@@@@@):},{ph}

to block them.  It does not work.  The calls keep changing how many numbers that are used.  Does anyone have any advice?

Using both methods 2 and 4 together as described in that post is very effective. For method 2 I would suggest ports in the range above 30000.
