Two incoming lines on an Obi100 ?

I've just set up my Obi100 with two google voice lines. I tested it, and it seems to work. The  second line comes into the same home phone as the first, but has a different ring tone, which is cool. I understand that to dial out on the second line I have to use the ***2 prefix.

Is this correct, or am I doing something wrong?

Unless you have changed the default settings you dial  **2 (not ***2) as a prefix.

If there are certain numbers or area codes which you always want to dial on the second line, the OBi can be configured to recognise those and automatically use that second account without needing the **2 prefix.

BTW the second line does not have a different ring tone.  It has a different ring cadence.

Thanks for the corrections. I'm delighted that the obi100 can handle two lines coming in.
