GV Buddy List

I want to link all of the phones on our office by putting monitor extensions on the speeddial keys on our Obi1062's. It states in the instructions that this can be done with numbers in your GV Buddy List. How should I go about accessing the buddy list in Google Voice, as I can't find any information online?
