outgoing calls problem

outgoing calls using  google voice not going thru. only 1 ring and nothing more. in google voice history  my outgoing calls not registered.

What is shown at:

Status -> System Status -> SP1 Service Status -> Status

The OBi appears to be functional and connected to Google Voice.

Can you successfully make calls from the Google Voice web site?

in Physical Interfaces ->phone port -> primary line was set to pstn instead of sp1
