OBI 100 no voice

It usually work great with GV. Recently I connected it to a switch, now when I call and receive call, it can ring but I can't hear any voice. If I turn obi100 off then on, it will work. After several days, it will be no voice again. Does OBI100 have a problem to connect to a switch?

No, an OBi100 has no problem with an ordinary ethernet switch. Anything extraordinary with your switch?
