OBI200 google voice annoyance

Dear OBI experts,

I use an OBI110 and google voice as my home phone for many (3-4) years, but the service was quite unreliable, it works for a while, then stopped working.

I understand that OBI1xx has reached end-of-life, so I recently upgraded the device to an OBI200, surprisingly, it has exactly the same problem as the OBI110 before it was disconnected -

the problems are summarized below

1. in most cases, when I call my google voice number, my home phone (connected to OBI200) rings, but as long as someone picks up the phone, the calling phone will be directed to the voice mail, and the home phone end hears the busy sound,

2. in some cases (not rare), OBI200 won't ring at all

3. in some other cases, some strange person picked up the phone, as if I called a wrong number. when I asked this person if he/she has my intended number, they said no.

4. the phone is only connected properly 1 in 5-6 attempts.

does this happen to anyone else? is there a fix to this problem? it is really annoying.

my OBI200 was purchased a month ago, I assume it is still under support.
