OBi110 Error Message "No service configured error"

My OBi110 stopped working yesterday.  I cannot make or receive call.  When I tried to dial out, I got the error message, "No service configured error. Please log onto Obehai.com to configure your device."  I followed the suggestion in this forum and upgraded the firmware to the latest version (OBi110-1-3-0-2886), but it does not help.  My service Provider is Anveo and they reassured me that they have not changed anything.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

First thing to check is if the SP slot you are using for Anveo is showing as registered.  Where you do that depends on whether you configure your OBi110 using the OBitalk portal (Dashboard) or the device's onboard web server.
