AA Selection not working.

I installed second Obi110 unit in my Friend home and enable the Auto Attendant on Line Port for incoming calls. after AA greeting when i press the 1, 2, or 3 selection AA not recognizing the key press and keep repeating the AA menu options.

Any Idea why its not recognizing the key selection, i tried to reach aa from different numbers but same problem.

Is the PSTN line problem or i need to change any parameters on device.

Perhaps you can experimrnt with the following settigs:
Service Providers->ITSP Profile A/B->General->DTMFMethod = Auto, Inband, etc...
