obi 110 no dial tone

I get no dial tone on my obi 110. The phone led flashes though when there is an incoming call. I tested the phone itself on a landline and its working fine. Any ideas. Thanks

this is a slightly different problem. last time it was the phone itself, now it seems to be the box as the phone is working fine. i shouldve reported solved by the last thread. sorry.
