Obi202/Flowroute Only rings once before voicemail.

I have an Obi202 configured with Flowroute as a provider. When calling the number, I get only one ring, on both the line connected to the Obi and from the line dialing in before getting voicemail.

I would assume that it's a goofy setting in the Obi202 somewhere, but I don't know where to begin. Anybody have any ideas?
