I have 3cx softphone set up to work with the ObiTalk app and my Obi110, which is set up on SP1 for Google Voice.  Now, I am adding voip.ms to SP2 and wanted to know if there's any way to have 3CX (which handles multiple lines) set up to allow calls to be made/received on either or both of the Google and voip.ms lines.

Is this possible?  Coinfiguration assistance?

Many thanks.

As far as I know, the OBiON App for PC is limited to a single SIP client.

Here's one approach for Single-Stage Dialing Through Any OBi Trunk:

Tack,

I'm not certain voipms will allow two registrations to their network at the same time. However you can create sub accounts in voipms and then setup ring groups which will give you what you are trying to achieve. When someone calls your number the OBi and your softphone will ring at  the same time if they are setup in the same ring group. You can even call each sub account as an extension number. Calling another extension is a free call on the voipms network.
