Can you forward incoming PSTN calls....
MichaelDJJohnson:
I would like to take any incoming telephone PSTN calls made to my OBI200 connected to a OBILINE and forward them to my linked device OBI1062.
The reason being is my router is connected to my OBI200 downstairs while my OBI1062 in connected by WIFI upstairs.
I hope I have made myself clear and not confused you all.
Is this at all possible?
Regards
Michael
azrobert:
The easiest way is to route the call to the 1062 over the OBiTalk network.
OBi200:
Physical Interfaces -> Line Port -> InboundCallRoute: ph,pp(123456789)
Replace 123456789 with the OBi1062's 9 digit OBi Number
OBi1062:
Voice Services -> OBitalk Service -> InboundCallRoute: ph
This is the default value, but code might have been automatically added to send calls to the Auto Attendant.
Use OBi Expert to make these config changes.

That will cause both phones to ring on incoming PSTN calls and either can answer the call. Should you not want that for the OBi200, remove the 'ph,'.

I know this is an old thread. I followed the directions and incoming pstn to obi202 come thru to obi1062.
How can I do the reverse? When I am at the obi1062 and dial the nine digit obi202 number, I need it to go to the usb obiline pstn line.
thanks

I believe that "When I am at the obi1062 and dial the nine digit obi202 number, I need it to go to the usb obiline pstn line" is not accurately expressing your wish.
Instead, http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=18189.msg108142#msg108142 details what you probably want to happen. Though it refers to OBi2182 and OBi212 the same applies to an OBi1062 and OBi202 with OBiLINE.
Note that as I have never followed those instructions to the letter I have never confirmed that what is posted there contains no errors.
