My Obi100 has the exact notification as I have tried to make a call at 19,20 Central Time.
To try to fix the issue I had rebooted the Obi, at 19,30 ,but, no luck....
Made a call through Google Voice and and it worked just fine.... Consequently, there is an issue from Obihai.
Submitted a ticket for the issue and looking to receive a resolution asap.... as, I need my line back.
