Using X_EnforceRequestUserID with multiple DIDs on FlowRoute

I'm using Flowroute as my SIP provider with an OBi200. I have multiple DIDs that I'd like to use over the same voice service. Currently I have X_EnforceRequestUserID enabled and both URI and X_ContactUserID set to a single DID of the form "12035551212". If I configure both DIDs to route via SIP registration and then disable X_EnforceRequestUserID, everything works as expected, but I'd like to find a way to keep X_EnforceRequestUserID enabled to minimize spam/fake calls.

Is there a way to change either URI or X_ContactUserID to be a list, something like "12035551212|12035551213"? I've tried a couple of syntax options but didn't get anything to work.

Note that splitting into multiple voice services isn't really an option in my case - I'm using SIP registration, and Flowroute supports only a single set of SIP credentials per account.
