one obi100, one obi200. The obi200 can receive calls, but not the obi100. Any ideas?

Yes that's the way it works with OBi1x0 devices.  Either replace the OBi100 with an OBi20x or only connect the OBi200 to GV and 'slave' the OBi100 to the 200 to make and receive GV calls through the 200.

After I put the two OBI devices into two different obitalk accounts, both devices ring when receiving calls now. I will test more to confirm it.
