Dear All,

I am new to OBiTalk. I recently got OBI 202 from amazon and I was easily able to set it up. The issue I am having is that time and again (at least once a day) I get a message as Network Status IP address not available and during these times I am not able to make or receive calls. I tried to find a solution online and everyone says that a static IP address has to be assigned to OBI. I do not know how to do it. I have Netgear Orbi router. If someone could help me with step by step guide that will be great. I am not a computer pro but can follow stepwise instructions.

I too am getting this message and cannot resolve the problem, any help would be appreciated.

Connect to your modem instead.  Do not use switch or any 3rd party devices to connect.  Do a factory reset, dial ***8, 1 and hang up.  When you hear dial tone again, dial ***1.  Do you hear the IP Address read to you?
