My outbound caller ID number is completely different.

So here's the deal. Setting up this phone for my business. When I call my cell phone I get a New Port Beach number. When I call it back, I call my office phone. It shows on google voice that my number is a 719 number. I've called the 719 number and it mentions google voice but it doesn't reach me at all, phone or computer. I can't figure out what the heck is going on. HELP!
