OBi202 phone ports setup with Google Voice

I have setup OBi202 to one Google Voice account using one Google Voice phone number.
I have Phone Port 1 connected to a wired telephone headset.
I have Phone Port 2 connected to a Panasonic KX-TG9331 cordless phone with 3 expanded headsets

I have set the OBitalk, phone port configuration to:
Primary Line for outgoing call route to :  Phone 1 = SP1, Phone 2 = SP1
Phone Rings on incoming Calls from : Phone 1 = SP1, Phone 2 = SP1

Are Phone Port 1 & 2 work independently?
For example, can I make call on Phone Port 1, and at the same time, incoming call to same number still ring and answer on Phone Port 2?
