New Customer - Signed up for Google Voice. How to transfer old landline number?

So I just switched from verizon fios to obitalk. I set up a google voice account. How do I find what my number is and can I transfer my old landline number?
I have verizon. Also, if I am unable to transfer my number, how do I get or find what my obi number is?
