Bulk configure large set of phones to a provisioning file.

So we have several hundred new 1032's and I'm trying to setup all the devices up as quickly as possible.  My PBX does it's own provisioning but I need to point each phone to my provisioning file.

What's the easiest way to just point all these devices to this provisioning file? They are all going out to remote users so I can't use tftp.

I am pretty sure that Obihai has a web-based tool you can use to do that.  I haven't used it myself, so I don't know how difficult it is (whether you need to understand XML or if it is menu-driven).  The tool is designed for service providers and enterprise customers.  Send an email to support@obihai.com, and describe your installation.  I'm sure they will be glad to help a customer who has purchased a large quantity of their phones.
