Obi200 no line- dead

Hi,

I have the Obi200 which died suddenly one day. My phone says no line and there is no sound. All three LEDS are lit green, and shown as connected on the obi dashboard. My google voice is working when someone calls in but it doesn't ring. I tried another phone with it, and updated the firmware manually to no avail.

Any tips to help me further diagnose or correct?

Go to Expert mode on the portal.  Click on status, then on Phone Status to get a page similar to the attached. (That is for an OBi100 but your OBi200 should have the same info.)

With nothing plugged in to the PHONE port what does it show for VBAT and TipRingVoltage?

There are no values in the VBAT or tipringvoltage areas.

I'm fairly sure your OBi200 has a hardware fault.  If it is out of warranty, there is little you can do except purchase a replacement.

Thanks for your help...I have a new one on order.

Will the new one be "plug and play" or will I need to set it up like new?
