Voice Breakup on Obi202

I've had my Obi202 set up and working almost right for months. I'm using Google Voice and Anveo on two phones. I had a persistent problem with voice breakup from my end. My callers complained that my voice was not heard, but I heard them well. Also, when I used the keypad to enter numbers, the numbers were not received by the other end.
I seem to have solved the problem, by increasing RxGain from the default -4 to -1
