Device Label in offline email Alerts

Would it be too much to request the device label to accompany the device ID in all email alerts? When you have multiple devices in multiple locations the email alerts are nice but not very helpful with just the device ID. The name/label would be more useful in determining which devices are offline. Sometimes one cannot access the ObiTalk web site to reference the device ID to a location when not at a computer.
