Audio dropouts on long calls

I regularly use my VoIP phone for conference calls.  I recently purchased, and am trying to use, an Obi1062 phone but get audio dropouts on long calls.  I haven't kept a record, but the last dropped audio happened at about 30 minutes  on my last two calls.  The dropouts last under a minute but are very annoying.  This occurs both when using Google Voice as well as a SIP account I have set up to a local Asterisk server.  My previous Cisco phone has no problem connecting through the same Asterisk server.  I'm running the latest version of firmware 5.0.6(4346EX.1311).  Is this a known issue and is there a workaround, or is it possibly faulty hardware?
