Sits at configuring for a while, then it goes to "Service not configured"

I deleted the app from the google side and tried to re-auth but to no avail.

I don't know what you mean by "I deleted the app from the Google side".  There is no app and there is nothing to delete at google.com/voice.

And I have no idea what you did in your attempt to "re-auth" so cannot make even an educated guess at what you might have done incorrectly.

Google refers to 3rd parties who are allowed to authenticate using your google account using oauth3 as apps.  You can edit them on their "Apps connected to your account" page.  AKA https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, so not sure why that's confusing to you.

Second, on the OBI side I attempted to re-auth, aka authorize obi's oath token for my account by initiating the google voice connection on the config page, and it fails with said message.  Also not too difficult to understand?

Thank you, it appears after about 4 hours it started to work, not sure if it was still setting up for 15 min or what?
