Phone rings, but cannot hear the other person

I have a OBi200   connected to a CL2940 landline phone, everything was good great till this morning. I can make calls and everyone hears me fine. When they dial me the phone rings, but I cannot hear them. My google voice continues to ring in gmail and my phone rings. I am not sure what happened. I tried a factory reset and still same issue. Anyone can think of something that happened?
