obi110 can't connect to internet

I use obi110 for three years.
Recently I had a problem with the router and my internet provider changed to a new router.
The obi110 cannot connect to the new router, the power light is green blinking.
Can anybody assist?

Have you tried disconnecting the power to the OBi for 15 seconds?

I've tried and it's not working.
Any other solution?
