Obi1062 Setup

When setting up my Obi1062, can I simply use the web GUI for the device on my local network or do I have to create an ObiTalk account? I will be configuring the Obi1062 to work with my Asterisk Server.

Yes, you can use the device's local configuration methods.  Either via its own screen and buttons or a browser pointed at its on-board web server.  You don't need an Obitalk account.  You don't need to register the device on the portal.
