Ringing a remote phone on an incoming call without bridging the call

I have a Google Voice number where I have
X_InboundCallRoute
configured to forward to another number.
X_InboundCallRoute = {SP4(FWD_NUMBER),ph2}
In addition to the above, I want my OBi200 to ring/call my cell phone to alert me that a call is coming in on the Google Voice line. However, I don't want this "alert call" to be bridged to the original call. In other words, if I happen to answer this alert call on my cell phone, I do
not
want to be connected with the caller. Instead, it would either hangup automatically or just be dead air.
Is this possible?

I assume this is not currently possible to do on the OBi200...
