ERROR MESSAGE: ip address unavailable

How can this error be fixed? Network went down earlier. Google Voice still receives the call as seen on website but can't call out and OBI200 phone doesn't ring. Did work well for two years. OBI status is 'OFFLINE' and solid red.

Try removing power to the OBi for at least 15 seconds
