I just purchased the Obi200 and a not so expensive cordless phone and use google voice over a 125Mbps Fiver connection. I've noticed flutter on the connection like a continuous stutter. Is this the phone and possibly interference. The Obi is connected ethernet but without looking I'be thing the phone is 2.4 GHz. Maybe I should drop back to 900MHz? Ideas appreciated.

Are you guessing about the cordless phone?  2.4GHz phones were terrible, because they were vulnerable to severe interference from microwave ovens and other sources of microwave transmission.  They were long ago superseded by 5.8GHz, which was subsequently superseded by 1.9GHz dedicated band DECT 6.0 phones.  If you aren't using a DECT 6.0 phone now, recycle the phone you have now and join the 21st century.

There is nothing else that would contribute to "fluttering" sound quality on that fast of an ISP connection, unless you're running a crapload of video streaming, a torrent, or porno site.

Yes I was guessing. I haven't any type of phone in my house other than cell in 15 years so I just found this phone in a box in my barn. It is 2.4 so therefore my guess was interference. I will move into the 21st and update the phone. I appreciate the post.

You can use your cell to make/receive calls on the OBi200. Zoiper is a free softphone for an iPhone.

You can make your own soap out of saved cooking grease and lye.  You can make your own shoes out of pieces of tire tread.  You can cook an egg on your car's exhaust manifold.  You can make a phone call with two soup cans and a string.

You can simply buy a new cordless telephone and plug it into the OBi as intended.
