Unable to transfer calls on OBI1032

I've been trying to transfer a call from one of my OBI1032 phones to another OBI1032.

This is how I've been attempting to do so -

1. Dial number to Obi phone #1 - answer call on Obi phone #1.

2. Select "Transfer" from the options. Dial extension for Obi phone #2.

3. Obi phone #2 rings, I pick it up. On Obi phone #1 I now select the "Transfer Now" option.

4. Obi phone #2 is disconnected and the original call to be transferred stays on hold on Obi phone #1.

Something isn't working out properly here hopefully someone can help me out.

I've since had this issue resolved. Apparently it was an issue with my service provider (voip.ms) and not the phones themselves. A quick live chat with my service provider and replied after fixing the issue "it was a configuration that has now been enabled for your account".

Just wanted to post for future reference if anyone has a similar issue.
