Obi1062 and Obi1062 stops working periodically but Obi200 and Obi110 works fine

I have a Obi 1032 and a Obi 1062 that is using Google Voice and Vonage business. After maybe 12 or so minutes of inactivity, they will either stop ringing for incoming calls or if they ring and when you answer, you cannot hear the incoming caller and they cannot hear you.

I am using Verizon FIOS. The FIOS router does not allow me to disable SIP ALG. However I have had 2 Obi200 and 3 Obi 110 working without any such issues since long before I bought the 1032 and 1062. The Obi 200, 110, 1032 and 1062 are all connected to the same router and switch.

My point is that if the Obi 200 and 110 both are working perfectly fine in the exact same environment, is there a settings difference in the 1032 and 1062 that I can change to match the setup of the 200 to get this working. Right now the 1032/1062 are nothing more than bricks for me.

Incidentally I also have about 10 Aastra phones connected to Vonage business and connected to the same router and switch and they work fine without any issues. The 110s are now no longer workng with GV after the latest update, but they work fine for Obi to Obi calling.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue.

I have a 1062 using Google Voice for work and a separate 200 using Google Voice for home.  The 200 works just fine, but the 1062 keeps going offline (orange line lights).  All other devices connected to the same network are working just fine.  Is there a setting I'm missing?  My DNS is set to Google on all devices as I'm using Google Wifi.
