Obi 1062 not ringing after 12 minutes of no activity

Guys I'm have 2 Obi 1062's setup with GV . My main 1062 at the front desk will not ring after having no activity for 10 - 15 minutes. The only way to make it ring again is by rebooting the phone. Any idea what the problem is.
